Chloe Blake Studio delivers fixed-scope services defined before work begins. This policy explains what is covered, how refund requests are handled, and what the process looks like.
Service Delivery
Work is defined upfront before any payment is accepted.
All services are fixed-scope and defined at the start of engagement. Scope, deliverables, and expected timeline are confirmed before any payment. Chloe Studio does not begin paid work until fit has been reviewed and scope has been accepted.
Refund Eligibility
When refunds are available and when they are not.
Eligible for refund
- Payment made for a service that has not yet begun delivery.
- A material scope error on our part that was not disclosed prior to payment.
- Duplicate charges due to a technical or processing error.
Not eligible for refund
- Services that have been delivered in full within the agreed scope.
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes that fell within the stated scope and limitations.
- Change of mind after service delivery has begun.
- Failure to follow guidance or engage consistently with the programme.
How to Request
The process for raising a concern or refund request.
To raise a refund concern, email support@chloeblakestudio.com with your name, the service engaged, the date of payment, and a brief description of the concern. Chloe Studio will respond within five business days.
